This isn't anything that can be solved on the player side. It is simply "offline" for the time being. Playground Games and Xbox Game Studios have not activated the Forzathon Shop just yet-meaning players won't be able to get in and poke around. It's because the developers have yet to turn it on.

IF you know you microsoft PW… (not your pc log in) but microsoft online nonsense instead of a local account… then you can log out of it… its a 30day lock out if you dont remember & reset it… be careful with that. I reset the NAT stuff a few times thinking my pc had broken things but it just worked the next day or so… idk if they fixed something after contact… they are willing to live chat with you… sort of… within 30mins each reply… it was good help, didnt fix it there but it just worked next day… I’d resubbed and still had it, they responded to the mails quite fast but overall i was only a day or 2 missing. Happened to me when the 3 month cheap intro was only 1 month, it was not recur-able so it cancelled my account while i was playing… when i next logged i had what you get… the generic weekly lists not the seasonal stuff ?
